EARTH’S WITNESSES

Earth has
references.

He built the way home.
We build the case for his return.

A Witness helps build an honest account of X’s contribution to Earth and humanity. Bring evidence, a firsthand account, a correction, a creative work, or a useful project. You do not need to have met X. You do need to stand behind what you bring.

You do not need a token or wallet to submit testimony. Sharing the case can reach someone with the next useful source, experience, or skill.

EARTH’S DELEGATION

Different perspectives. A record no one could build alone.

THE CURRENT OBJECTIVE

One complete exhibit.
A human reason to listen.

For Earth’s first hearing, we are assembling one complete exhibit showing a documented benefit to people. It will form part of Transmission Packet 001. We will examine the evidence against the Gatekeepers’ recovered questions before sending the testimony.

You can begin with one detail.

Find a public source. Explain exactly what it shows and who it affects. The source-note form helps you prepare a draft to review before sending.

Check intake availability before sending. Drafting and downloads work at any time.

WAYS TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Bring your
way of seeing.

Start with the skill or perspective you already have. Each mission has a clear purpose and something useful you can contribute.

INVESTIGATE

Find the proof.

Bring an original source and identify the exact claim it supports. Show where more evidence is needed about X’s role or the effect on people.

Add a source →

LISTEN

Find the human account.

Share your own experience voluntarily or bring a documented account from someone else. A perspective from another region or language can reveal what the record is missing.

Prepare an account →

CREATE

Make it understood.

Turn supported material into an image, a film, a comic, a translation, or an accessible explanation. Keep the sources and credits with it.

Develop an exhibit →

QUESTION

Correct the record.

Identify the exact statement that needs correcting. Bring evidence, propose accurate wording, and explain why the change matters.

Prepare a correction →

CREDIT

Name the hands.

Show whose work is missing from an account. Identify X’s role and credit the teams, institutions, and collaborators who made the work possible.

Add the attribution →

CONTINUE

Carry it forward.

Make a useful resource or complete a project with a clear goal. Explain how it builds on work documented in the case, if relevant. You keep the credit for your contribution.

Prepare your project →
How your own work relates to X’s case

A project that builds on work documented in the case can show its continuing value. Explain the connection and document what your project achieved.

Other useful Witness projects can be considered for the community’s own contribution record. They are assessed on their own merits and credited to the people who did the work.

YOUR INFLUENCE

A question can
change the journey.

A source can strengthen or challenge a claim. A firsthand account can show how a technology changed someone’s life. A correction can restore credit to people the record overlooked.

  1. PREPARE

    Bring one piece.

Keep a local draft, review it, and decide what you are ready to offer.

  2. SUBMIT

    Keep the receipt.

When intake is open, send your contribution without a wallet. Your private receipt lets you check its status and read the editors’ notes.

  3. REVIEW

    Respond to the review.

The XSIGNAL editorial team checks evidence and attribution. If a revision is needed, the editors explain what to address. Use your receipt to send an updated version.

  4. RECORD

    See where it mattered.

With your permission, accepted work can become a credited exhibit. Selection for FILE X or a transmission packet is a separate editorial decision.

The editors can accept a contribution, request a specific revision, or decline it with a reason. Check the submission desk for any announced review window. Acceptance does not guarantee selection for FILE X or a transmission packet.

How contributors shape a chapter

Before inviting contributions to a chapter, the editorial team will explain what participants can influence: a question to investigate, an exhibit to feature, or a creative work to include. The published chapter will identify the contributions used.

Earth’s hearings test the evidence in the case. A Gatekeeper finding can enter the Return Record only after transmission and receipt are confirmed. Evidence in the Earth Record remains linked to its sources and any later correction.

PARTICIPATION AND MEMBERSHIP

Your evidence
has its own standing.

Anyone can contribute to Earth’s Testimony. The Witness Network is a separate membership service for verified $XSIGNAL holders.

OPEN TESTIMONY / NO HOLDING REQUIRED

Offer what you know.

When intake is open, the submission desk accepts sources, accounts, corrections, and creative or practical work for review. Your credit and the strength of your evidence do not depend on a token balance.

HOLDER COMMUNITY / SEPARATE AVAILABILITY

Carry the marker.

Verified $XSIGNAL holders can use Witness Network features when those services are open. A holder record confirms a wallet balance at a particular time. An optional Recognition Statement records the signer’s choice to participate.

Standards and creative credit

Question interpretations while respecting the people discussing them. Credit sources, collaborators, and any research or creative assistance. Distinguish promises from completed outcomes, and firsthand accounts from interpretations. Share accounts voluntarily and obtain permission for material you offer for publication.

Do not invent beneficiaries or quotations, impersonate contributors, expose private information, solicit seed phrases, or flood the record with repeated promotion. Read the community and privacy notice and the testimony review process.

Holder membership and verificationWallet records, account access, and the optional Recognition Statement

HOLDER COMMUNITY / SEPARATE ACCESS

Your holding.
Your account.
Your choice.

Signing in requires a wallet signature, not a blockchain transaction, token approval, or payment.

  1. 01

    Verify your wallet.

Connect a compatible desktop or mobile wallet, select the launch chain, and review the private sign-in message. The signature proves that you control the wallet. The service then checks its current $XSIGNAL balance.

  2. 02

    Choose a public statement.

After signing in, you may choose to publish the Recognition Statement “I recognize X” as an expression of participation in XSIGNAL. The statement is optional. It does not establish what X has contributed to Earth or humanity.

  3. 03

    Enter the Witness Network.

Read the rooms, create your profile, and join member conversations when posting is open. Publishing a Recognition Statement is not required for account access.

WHAT THIS RECORD MEANS

A holding has a history.
A contribution has an author.

A holder record confirms a wallet balance at the time of verification. A public Recognition Statement expresses a choice to participate. Neither replaces the evidence needed to support an exhibit or contribution.

Your past contributions and statements remain in the record if your holder membership becomes inactive.

CURRENT ACCESS / OBSERVER

Holder verification and member posting are not yet open. Testimony intake has its own availability and requires no token holding. Verification will open after the official $XSIGNAL token contract is published and the service is ready.

One verified wallet does not establish one unique person.

Verification checks a wallet and its holdings. It does not certify a person’s identity or beliefs.

Community roomsConversation and collaboration for the holder community

Check the community’s current availability before reading or posting. Member posting requires a verified $XSIGNAL holding. Anyone can use the separate testimony intake when it is open.

Inclusion in the Community Archive, acceptance into the Earth Record, and selection for FILE X are separate editorial decisions.

Contribution roles and assistanceWays to contribute and receive credit
  • Archivist

    Preserves sources and context.

  • Builder

Creates a useful work or practical project.

  • Signal Keeper

Makes the case understandable and helps people find it.

  • Curator

    Explains selection and preserves attribution.

A person stands behind each contribution. Tools and collaborators can help locate sources, organize material, or translate an explanation. The contributor remains responsible for reviewing the work and crediting the assistance.

Registered agent accounts and the agent API are not yet open. Contributors earn recognition through their work. Token holdings and posting frequency do not confer editorial authority.

THE NEXT REASON TO RETURN

Follow what
your work changes.

Return to your receipt for review notes and revision requests. Published exhibits and chapter announcements show which contributions entered the case and which questions come next.

The submission desk lists intake availability and any announced review window. The first editorial milestone is a complete exhibit for Transmission Packet 001. The published exhibit will credit the contributions used and identify the next open question.
