SPCX
AWAITING DEPLOYMENT—
SPCX held by X Bank
The asset proposed for pricing trades against $XSIGNAL. Its issuer, contract, eligibility rules and market availability must be verified before the pairing is published as available.
X BANK / THE PUBLIC PROJECT TREASURY
Useful work leaves a record.
So should the money behind it.
X Bank is XSIGNAL’s project treasury. It is intended to support sourced exhibits, accessible resources, archive infrastructure and approved Witness projects. The proposed funding source is the project’s share of trading fees from the planned XSIGNAL / SPCX market. Each asset will have its own record.

XSIGNAL held by X Bank
X ($XSIGNAL) is the project’s official community token. The initial treasury policy is to hold XSIGNAL received as fees. A token balance does not establish its cash value.
The X Bank wallet and verified deployment record are pending. A dash means that the balance is unavailable, not zero.

Pool liquidity is recorded separately from assets in X Bank.

No published claim
Each published claim includes its date and transaction.
Claim transaction ↗Only reviewed fee claims are counted. Other deposits are recorded separately, and the documented claims may not cover the treasury’s full history.
02 / THE FEE FLOW
At launch, the project’s creator-fee income is intended to remain in X Bank.
After launch, trades would generate fees under the verified pool rules.
The plan assigns the project’s creator-fee rights to X Bank, with fees received in both assets.
XSIGNAL and SPCX would be held and reported separately. Each outgoing transaction would receive a public explanation.
Any allocation retained in the liquidity pool is separate from X Bank’s spendable balance. The final fee schedule and fee recipient must be verified against the deployed market.
Project funds can help turn careful research and community skill into lasting work: a sourced film, an accessible lesson, a maintained archive or a useful Witness project.
Each approved project needs a defined scope, a responsible contributor, a budget and a plan for documenting the result. A balance, a trade or a larger holding does not establish human benefit or determine a Gatekeeper finding.
Explore the current exhibits →03 / INITIAL TREASURY POLICY
This is the proposed launch policy for project assets. It gives token holders no ownership of the treasury or right to redeem its assets.
The plan places 100% of the supply in the launch pool, with no reserved creator allocation or vesting schedule. X Bank would receive the project’s share of trading fees.
Publish all project-controlled treasury wallets. Give each outgoing transaction a dated explanation and a link to its blockchain record.
The initial policy is to retain XSIGNAL received as fees. There are no automatic XSIGNAL sales, burns or permanent token locks at launch.
The verified quote asset may fund documented infrastructure, operating costs, sourced creative exhibits, accessible educational resources and approved Witness projects. Approval responsibility and wallet control must be published before spending begins. Each funded project must credit the people who do the work.
No leveraged positions, yield farming or activity designed to manufacture trading volume.
No X Vault or token-holder voting organization (DAO) is planned for launch. Any future proposal to redirect, burn or lock project fees must have published rules and undergo review. It would not create a reserved allocation from the initial token supply.
PROJECT PURPOSE / PROPOSED USES
The proposed funding categories below describe work the treasury could support. No project budget or funding allocation has been approved or published here.
Research, illustration and documentary work that makes a supported exhibit understandable. Publish the references, permissions and creator credits.
Accessible lessons, translations, open tools and archive maintenance. Publish the deliverable and explain who can use it.
A Witness project with a defined scope, an identified lead, collaborators, a budget and a documented outcome. The work belongs to its actual creators.
A proposal should state the goal, the work, the cost, who will perform it and how the outcome will be documented. Editorial selection, spending approval and publication are separate decisions. No token-weighted vote is active.
Custody and signing authority: awaiting publication. Spending approval: awaiting publication. Community voting is not active.
04 / PLANNED DISTRIBUTION
The proposed Bankr launch has no creator vesting. The deployed supply, pool allocation and launch settings must confirm that plan.
100%
All 100,000,000,000 XSIGNAL are intended for the launch pool and would become available through the public market.
0%
No tokens are reserved for the creator, and no creator vesting schedule is planned.
No team, adviser, presale or marketing allocation is planned. “Fair launch” describes the initial supply distribution; trades would still incur the published market fees. X Bank is the intended recipient of the project’s fee share in both XSIGNAL and SPCX.
Under the proposed settings, creator vesting would be disabled and the entire supply would enter the launch pool. No separate creator allocation would be reserved.
Trading fees would still apply. X Bank is the planned recipient of the project’s share, collected in both XSIGNAL and SPCX and held under the treasury policy above. Those fees would arise from trading after launch; they would not be a reserved share of the initial supply.
The plan is to designate X Bank as the fee recipient at launch. If fee rights must be transferred afterward, the transfer and all fees accrued during setup must be publicly accounted for. The launch record stays pending until the allocation and current fee recipient are verified.

06 / THE DEPLOYMENT RECORD
Planned: Bankr · Robinhood Chain · XSIGNAL / SPCX.
Current publication state: prelaunch.
The XSIGNAL and SPCX contracts, trading pool and fee recipient have not been published here. The Buy $XSIGNAL link will become available only after those records are verified.
SPCX is the proposed asset against which $XSIGNAL would trade. Its issuer and contract have not yet been selected in this public record. Under the planned launch settings, it would also form part of the project’s trading-fee receipts.
This pairing establishes no operational relationship with SpaceX, spacecraft funding, passage entitlement or ownership rights for $XSIGNAL holders. Earth’s case and the Witness missions do not depend on a particular market implementation.
If the selected asset is a Robinhood Stock Token, its eligibility and trading restrictions must be checked for the intended audience. Bankr treats launching a stock-paired token and trading the stock asset as separate activities; trading may require location verification.
Read the pairing documentation ↗Review dated blockchain records, the period they cover and explanations of transactions. An unavailable balance is never reported as zero.
